This has all the compartments I could ask for. I know this is subjective, but basically I use this backpack as my mobile office. I use a surface pro. Having placed my wifes 17 inch laptop in this bag I would stay away if that's your plan. A 15 inch laptop would still work. If you're thinking mobile then you'll have no problems. I carry a 13' surface laptop w/ charger, phone charger, extra usb c and ligtning chargers, storage clipboard, flash light, small umbrella on the outside, calculator, pens, pencils, highlighters, mini stapler, ear buds, sticky notes, flash drive, and mx mouse. All this and I still have some room to spare and compartments that are empty. I'm looking to buy a TenKey Less wireless keyboard, a large power bank, a compact 10ft' extension cord and I know it will fit. Sometimes I stuff my Canon Rebel 3 in here, but it takes a large amount of space & I have to compromise on my clipboard. Only knocks I can give it is it doesn't have a pass through for a powerbank or earphones and if it was just a bit bigger It would be perfect as I wouldn't have to compromise space for my camera. The decision to buy this bag wasn't easy I actually bought 3 backpacks I thought would work the Acer Predator M-Utility and Samsonite Pro Backpack. The samsonite pro wasn't spacious enough although well equipped with organization. If i never planned on fitting a camera in it I think it's better organized than this bag, but it's also has less space. The Acer M-Utility is really big and comes with a dedicated camera bag and space my main issue was the lack of pockets/compartments to organize my belongings within the backpack. It's basically a giant sack with structure. I chose this bag because it was the best of both worlds and I don't regret it. If Samsonite ever makes a larger version of this bag I would be quick to purchase it. This bag has all the organizational pockets most people would need, space, the kevlar material Samsonite is known for, and it's a great looking bag with the waist strap/clip if you want extra support. I give it a 5 because it's everything you could ask for minus a few cons, but it seems there no "perfect" backpack that fits every need. So I won't rate it less than 5 when there's nothing out there that I have found or seen to offer as much as this bag. I would be deducting points when there is nothing really better in my opinion for my needs.I watched the product review videos and I can confirm this will not fit everything as advertised if you are a looking for a gamer bag. It's pretty laughable they think you can fit an Xbox or PlayStation controller and the side pockets. With that being said, I got this because I travel a lot for work and I like the top pocket access, as well as the multiple compartments for my computer and tablet, mouse, vr headset, and so much more. It's a beautiful bag, very high quality and sturdy. I'm a sucker for that color of blue so I spent $80 more than I needed to. Glad I did though, I expect this bag will last me for years to comeNot just for gaming but tech in general. You could easily get a laptop, tablet, keyboard and mouse lost of hard drives or batteries and all the cables you could possibly need for them in this bag. The way the compartments are split up is great but there is not a ton of padding in between so pay attention to what you put where. I have used this for 3 trips so far and I am very happy with it.This review is the for the Gridlock Remagg. The size and dimensions provided by Samsonite are inaccurate. First the the dedicated pocket for the Switch IS WAY TOO SMALL (see photo). Samsonite specifically says it fits the Switch, it does not.Second, the primary laptop holder, back most area is not a an actual sleeve with padding, it is just three straps that you can slide a laptop into to. Your rig will get scratched and it isn’t fully protected. There is another laptop sleeve which is fully padded (could be used for keyboard instead or whatever else.). I feel like Samsonite has a good idea but failed to execute it properly. The inaccurate sizing and skimpy laptop protection, the controller pockets on the sides are just too small. You can shove a small mouse into one of the pockets, but if you have a MOBA/MMORPG mouse it will be harder to fit. The console controller pocket is also small. My PS4 and XB1 one controllers didn’t fit well, I had to jam in them there and the zipper wouldn’t close unless I forced it to, which isn’t good for durability of the controller or backpack.Overall, for $179.99 I am not impressed. Will be returning. The backpack doesn’t do what it says it can.I am going to contact Samsonite directly and see if what Amazon sells is genuine or a knockoff. As the product description and pictures on their website show it the backpack fitting items that it won’t.No recommended for carry new generation systems, unless you have a NintendoThis is a great pack. I carry 2 laptops on the larger side plus a lot of gaming accessories, and it's holding everything quite nicely. I have 2 xbox controllers, 2 portable hard drives, a small pelican case for flash drives, 2 wireless headset one for music and one for gaming cellphone mounts for one of the Xbox controllers, wireless mouse, 2 laptops and chargers and various cables. Organizing everything took some doing. But I got it figured out. Once I figured everything out it seems like it's over packed but there is still some room in it for extras. So all in all I give this bag two thumbs up.Bad will not fit switch and WILL ripMissing hidden pockets for the wallet of the phone.
