BUT, it's a decent bag on its own. mostly.I ordered this expecting to get a slightly bigger and more minimal Bravo, and the only things burton got right were the size, use of cordura, the full length main zipper (love it), and the zippered+internal stretch fabric side water bottle pockets. That's pretty much it for the positive things worth mentioning.Everything else is just confusingly bad compared to the 2nd gen bravo backpack. On top of this, Burton is incredibly lazy when doing descriptions or pictures to detail their backpacks, so I get to waste my time and the seller's time AND the shipper's time to do burton's job for them. The vertical front pockets are the only reason I looked twice at this bag, absolutely love em on the Bravo. on the Hitch, they're significantly smaller, and that may be my biggest issue, because that was traded for increased real estate in the goggle pocket."goggle pocket" is huge. idk why its so big, you could fit two pairs in there, and probably shove some gloves in too. and your phone. and your friends phone. Or maybe just one whole DSLR without a lens. and some gloves. In fact, It's probably more accurate to describe it as a microfiber lined camera pocket, but there's no padding and its on top, so it'll probably get wet or banged on something.Tablet pocket, that's all it is. can only fit stuff <8" wide, like b5 sized notebooks, forget about a (american) normal a4 mead notebook.netted "accessory" pocket. zippered, has a keychain hook, and elastic loops on the side for no real reason I can find. also has no pen slots, or phone slot. its also inside the main compartment, where stuff can and will get caught on the netting and probably tear it. maybe its more durable than that, but I don't care to find outupper and lower compression straps, small positive over the single zig zagged bravo ones. However, only the upper is buckles, bottom is adjuster only. This isn't exactly a negative or a problem, but much more of an annoying missed opportunity (just like at least 3 other things). If anyone at Burton is reading this, maybe they can contact me. Id be happy to help them design a better version.the 30l Hitch was pretty close to getting it right for me, but just missed too many marks compared to the 22l Bravo to be worth the extra 8 liter volume. In my opinion, perhaps a little unfairly, in a direct comparison, the Hitch is a 2/5 to the Bravo 4.5/5.By itself, ill be fair and say 3.5, but because Burton apparently hates taking product pictures, round down to 3 starsbuy a bravo insteadBurton does a good job making quality bags. This one only left me wishing the dimensions were a little different. Cordura is a great material, but the inside wasn't on the same level. Overall I returned it only because I have one too similar.Made with cheap fabric, and arrived with a hole in it.
