My husband is enjoying his new slippers very much. I had to put shoe stretchers in them because he is a size 10 1/2 and they do not have half sizes.Size 11 was too large so i requested them to be replaced with a size 10 and I returned the size 11 at the UPS store. They tracked it and said the slippers were delivered to amazon on Feb 14. I received an email from Amazon saying the slippers were not returned. I replied to the email and sent Amazon the receipt from the ups store. My order page still says Amazon is waiting for return of size 11 slippers. Amazon sure makes it hard to contact them and resolve issues. No phone, email, or chat options available.
