I have eight pieces of Kipling which will attest how much I like Kipling products. The Gaze rolling backpack is the first time I've been a bit disappointed in one of the products. The quality is excellent but there are a couple of what I consider to be design flaws that disappoint me. First, I thought the backpack had a slip pocket on the back to slide over the handle of a piece of luggage. Second, the expandable pull handle gets stuck in the first, lowest setting and not does not expand to the second or third setting. As a result, I have to be careful when rolling the backpack because it catches my feet. Third, the water bottle side pockets do not expand enough to accommodate a standard size commercial bottle of water (Poland Springs, Aquafina, or others).
