I really like the boots but I am disappointed in the size. The length is fine but the boots are very wide. I tried wearing them with very thick wool socks and that only helped a little. I would wear them a lot more often if they fit better. Also they are heavy. I love the look and feel (except for the size and weight). When I walk, the heel hits the ground first which makes for sort of a shuffle walk sound. That may be caused by my heel slipping a little inside although it doesn't feel like it is slipping very much.
