I take this rolling backpack mainly to and from work. I got it because of the huge wheels. I go up stairs, across grass, over curbs, through uneven surface parking lots, down long hallways, and around corners. The wheels truly make my journeys a breeze. They provide nice traction and they are quiet. The two-wheel design doesn't tip. It is balanced well. This backpack rides comfortably in the car on my front passenger floorboard and is easy to get in and out. This is important to me because it makes getting in and out of the car with my stuff so much easier. The zippers appear well made and work smoothly. The top handle is padded and comfortable. The main interior pocket is roomy and holds a lot of items. The front full pocket also is handy. The telescoping handle is surprisingly durable and locks into place and retracts easily. The dual waterbottle/umbrella holders work surprisingly as designed. I use them every day and they don't appear to have any wear. They grip my waterbottle well. (My bottle fits in a standard cupholder.)While I have not tried to carry this pack on my back, I certainly could. It doesn't feel heavier than a regular backpack. This particular pack is in fact replacing a backpack that felt cumbersome. The few times I have picked the rolling backpack up and carried it have been no problem. Being able to pull this around has made it easier for me and kinder on my back when I have a trek to get where I need to go.The black color has been easy to spot clean. The fabric appears durable. My bag was sewn well and has had no holes, tears, or lose stitching. Most surprising for me is the undercarriage. I feared that would be the weak point of the bag. That has not been the case. The undercarriage looks great with no wear. I believe the big wheels are the key reason the bottom of my bag looks so good.If you go with a big wheel bag, make sure the big wheels have a traction surface and aren't smooth. The big traction wheels on this bag make it a joy to pull. I looked at several big wheel bags and eliminated those without traction wheels. This bag isn't cheap, but it delivers on what it is supposed to do, and will probably last me a long while. I would feel confident using this as a suitcase for a short trip by car, train or plane. This is my own honest review. I have not been compensated for my review or purchase.
